We though we had everything covered, we mainly did but we didn’t account for a massive fire to take out 2 buildings and the other building where the backups where stored also burning down. We have some very bad news, our hosting center has had a fire break out and the fire took out our server and local backups. We’re working on ways to bring back our service we will update this blog as soon as we have more information.

Update: Were still unsure whats causing the hardware faults but its a hardware issue. We did some changes and ran some tests and everything seemed fine, but it seemed fine last time too so its difficult to say, we’re just gonna have to see if it maintains stability or if issues occur again.

We’re looking into why the filesystem on the server returns error, the website will remain down until we have isolated the issue.
